1. Introduction

At Zenty LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality drilling equipment, tractors, and industrial machinery. We understand that, in rare instances, a return may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process while maintaining fairness to both our customers and our company.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, the procedures to follow, and any applicable restocking or refund terms.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The equipment or machinery must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for outright purchases.
  • For leased equipment, return eligibility is subject to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.
  • The item must have a verifiable defect or mechanical failure not caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Special-order or customized machinery is not eligible for return unless it arrives defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, or damaged equipment due to improper handling.
  • Consumables, such as lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and filters.
  • Machinery that has been altered, customized, or repaired by an unauthorized technician.
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day return window.

4. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request – Contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product name and serial number
    • Reason for return (include photos/videos if applicable)
  2. Await Authorization – Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is approved.
  3. Shipping the Item – Securely package the item and ship it back to us at the designated return address provided with the RMA. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Processing – Once received, our technical team will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per the selected resolution.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds: Once the returned item passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement product after verifying the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was shipped.

6. Warranty Claims

Most of our machinery is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If an issue arises beyond the return window, customers may still qualify for repairs or replacements under warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms provided with your equipment.
